AWESOME!!!! My husband and I watched the videos to decide where we wanted to live in Texas coming from California. We contacted them and Himiko Sadiki called us back. Turns out she is a recent transplant from California herself. She is truly a pleasure to work with. When we found the house we wanted she contacted the sellers agent and was told they weren't taking anymore bids. Himiko worked her magic and was able to get our bid in and our offer was accepted. I was greatly impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and expediency.
